I did not receive an order or shipping confirmation by email, what should I do?

Check your Junk Folder and if you still did not receive one, email us right away. You should have received an email when your order was placed and also when your order ships.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Completion times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on customizations and time of year. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What do I do if I want a custom flag or other wood product?

Send us an email and we will work with you to get a custom flag or other item done. We can customize all wood products and will get you exactly what you want. It's our specialty!

Are all of your products made by you in the USA?

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately not. However, we do let you combine a discount code with free shipping!!
